OUR WARRANTY

We are very proud of our patented waterproof innovation, That is why we give a full one year warranty on all SimplyDry products. Should a problem occur, return the SimplyDry product within 1 year of purchase, with your receipt and we will send you a replacement. The warranty does not include abnormal wear and tear or damage from misuse. When used properly your device will remain completely dry.

There are many ways for electronics to get wet and there is no way of knowing how anyone’s electronic device might have been damaged. Many of us have wet and broken devices from earlier accidents (this is why the SimplyDry was invented!) We cannot assume responsibility for wet or damaged devices.

If you find that a product is defective, damaged or unsuitable for the purpose for which it was indicated in the product description (or otherwise generally intended), or not reasonably durable (based on circumstances and product type) and you arrange to return such product to simpledry.co.za for inspection and the product is subsequently found –

– to indeed be Defective, you are entitled to either (a) have the product repaired or replaced at simpledry.co.za’s expense, or (b) be fully refunded;

– NOT to be Defective, you will be liable for the costs incurred in having such product returned to simplydry.co.za and then re-delivered to you.

If ordered before 1pm, this item will be dispatched the same day on a 2-3 working day delivery service (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS).

If ordered after 1pm, it will be sent the following day on a 2-3 working day delivery service. Payment must be received before we can send the goods. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Collections by appointment only.
